Homemade Flat-bread

Yummy!! Bread I can eat! Bread YOU can eat!! 😃 Made with soy-free eggs, gluten-free, and baked to perfection, I finally have some bread I can make sandwiches with and not feel guilty! Soy gives me headaches. Soy messes with a LOT of people. So I like to find ways I can provide the same for you!!

Enjoy! 😄

Starting with 3 eggs, blend up in a medium bowl w/ 2 tbsp olive oil and ½ tsp sea salt. Mix in 1 tsp apple cider vinegar. Adding ¾-1 cup of gluten-free flour (I know, I’m really unspecific 😆 I make my recipes by touch), pour on the flour 1 tsp baking powder, and blend. Could be the consistency of pancake batter (thinner) or as thick as bread dough (stretchy/chewy), but it’s going to work and spread better if it’s thinner. Pour onto an oiled pan at ¼-inch thick. *Top with a dash of coconut sugar, if you like.* 😋

Bake at 375° for 14 minutes. Remove immediately & let cool.

Cut in slices and make some sammies!!🥙

I made an egg salad mix with herbs and spices and some alternative mayonnaise I like.

Samwhiches 😄 Enjoy!!
